What we look for:
Qualified Chef - minimum level of Chef de Partie
Four years experience in a 4/5 star or fine dining establishment
Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
Computer literate
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards would be an advantage
No tattoos visible whilst wearing the Etihad uniform
At least 21 years of age
Medically fit
