Our client which is a well-established hotel property located in Eastern Canada is looking for a high-caliber Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations including Food and Beverage, Rooms and Sales and Marketing in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the hotel operation. He/She will be responsible for developing maximum profits in terms of revenue, profitability and quality through costs and labor control and maintaining the highest standard of quality and services to it\'s guests. The successful candidate must possess a strong and proven food and beverage background from upscale hotel properties. They must have superior operational expertise in all phases of hotel management including rooms, sales and marketing, finance, housekeeping and maintenance. The individual should have a proven ability to continuously strive for improvements within the operation and empower talented and exceptional people in making certain that the guests are truly receiving outstanding service at all times. He/She must possess communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, self and influence professionals, employees and/or hotel guests and should have the ability to perform well in a team environment and as a team leader with minimal direct supervision. A minimum of 3-5 years General Management experience in a superior first class hotel operation is required. A Bachelor\'s Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
